We are aware of an intermittent issue on the payment gateway that our upstream provider is trying to troubleshoot.  Some payments don’t seem to be going through when others are fine.  If you would prefer not to use the gateway, we can take your payment over the phone 0800 123 774.   If you use the portal and think an error has occurred contact us as soon as possible with the date and amount of the transaction and we can look into it for you.
